Job Title: Senior Director of HR Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Human Resources to lead and shape our HR strategy. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies to support business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition retention and development programs.
- Oversee employee relations performance management and compensation planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Drive diversity equity and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation structures.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning and development.
- Lead HR teams and mentor HR staff for professional growth.
- Develop and maintain company culture and employee engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 10 years of progressive HR experience including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR regulations and employment law.
- Experience in talent management employee relations and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership communication and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to handle complex employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
- HR certification (e.g. SHRMSCP SPHR) is preferred.
Compensation:
- Salary: $150000 $180000 per year depending on experience.
