Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role you will collaborate with senior leaders to drive HR strategies that align with business goals. You will play a critical role in shaping organizational culture managing employee relations and implementing talent management strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational development workforce planning and performance management.
  • Oversee employee relations ensuring a positive fair and engaging workplace culture.
  • Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts working closely with department heads to identify key staffing needs.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies ensuring legal compliance and adherence to best practices.
  • Drive diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
  • Support change management processes to facilitate business growth and transformation.
  • Use data and analytics to inform strategic HR decisions and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience with talent management performance management and organizational development.
  • Exceptional communication problemsolving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fastpaced environments or scaling organizations is a plus.
  • Certification in HR (e.g. SPHR SHRMSCP) is highly desirable.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $120000 $150000 per year based on experience.
