Job Title: Head of People Job Overview:

As the Head of People you will lead the companys human resources strategy and oversee all aspects of talent management including recruitment employee development and workplace culture. You will play a crucial role in aligning people strategies with business goals to foster a productive and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment onboarding and retention programs to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee performance management including appraisals and professional development plans.
  • Develop and promote diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the company.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead workforce planning and organizational design efforts.
  • Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all human resource matters.
  • Implement employee engagement surveys and action plans.
  • Oversee payroll benefits and compensation strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 7 years of HR leadership experience with a focus on strategic people management.
  • Proven experience with employee relations performance management and organizational development.
  • Indepth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience with HR technologies and tools.
Compensation:
  • Competitive salary: $120000 $150000 per year (depending on experience).
