Job Summary:
The Junior Financial Analyst will assist in analyzing financial data supporting financial planning processes and optimizing operational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a solid understanding of financial principles and a keen interest in strategic financial management. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Support the analysis of financial performance including budget variance analysis profitability analysis and financial forecasting.

Data Management: Collect organize and interpret financial data from various sources to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.

Reporting: Assist in preparing and presenting financial reports and dashboards for management highlighting key insights and trends.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.

Operational Support: Analyze operational metrics and processes to identify opportunities for cost reduction efficiency improvements and enhanced financial performance.

Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives to streamline financial processes and systems enhancing accuracy and efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including accounting operations and strategic planning to support comprehensive financial analysis and planning.

Compliance: Ensure financial activities adhere to company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.

Experience: 02 years of relevant experience in financial analysis accounting or a similar role. Internships or academic projects related to financial analysis are a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Familiarity with financial software (e.g. ERP systems) is advantageous.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across various departments.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Pursuing or completed relevant certifications (e.g. CFA Level 1 CPA) is a plus.

Software Knowledge: Experience with financial modeling data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) and advanced Excel functions.
