Job Description

Position Overview:
The Junior Financial Analyst will support the Finance team by providing accurate financial analysis preparing reports and assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical enjoys working with data and is looking to build a career in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial statements trends and performance metrics to support business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual summaries.
- Data Management: Collect clean and organize financial data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data creating models and performing variance analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure financial activities comply with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and analysis as required by the Finance team or other departments.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- Experience: 02 years of experience in financial analysis accounting or a similar role (internships and relevant coursework can be considered).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Preferred: Familiarity with financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.
