Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Services Operations team. In this entrylevel role you will support various financial analysis and reporting functions contributing to the optimization of our financial operations and ensuring accurate financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports forecasts and analyses to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial data including revenue expenses and profitability metrics to identify trends and variances.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to develop and maintain financial models and dashboards.
- Support the monthend and yearend closing processes by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct adhoc analyses and financial research as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- 02 years of relevant experience in financial analysis accounting or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
