Job Description
Essential requirements:
Knowledge in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in Sales Customer Returns and Retail processes.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Very deep knowledge in JIRA tool it is a must
Knowledge in Confluence
Stay current with the latest updates and features of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations recommending improvements and enhancements.
Experience in working agile product development organizational setup
Training skills/Creation of training material and facilitation of trainings will be part of the job which is why you should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English both written and verbal
Experience from working within retailing in the areas of Customer Support and familiar with the business processes within this function it is an advantage
