Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Risk team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the identification analysis and assessment of financial risks affecting the organization.
• Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies and policies.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential risk factors.
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators and trends.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and risk managers to prepare risk assessments and presentations for senior management.
• Analyze financial statements and other relevant data to support risk evaluation.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of risk assessments and analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to financial risk management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.
• 12 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or risk management is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with risk management software and tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
