Job Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Junior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Analytics team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an earlycareer professional with a strong interest in financial analysis and data interpretation. The Junior Financial Analyst will assist in analyzing financial data preparing reports and supporting strategic decisionmaking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect organize and analyze financial data to support business decisions and financial planning.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Forecasting: Contribute to financial forecasting and budgeting processes by analyzing trends and variances.
• Research: Conduct research on market trends industry benchmarks and economic conditions to provide context for financial data.
• Support: Collaborate with senior analysts and other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of financial data and analytical processes.
• Compliance: Ensure that financial analysis and reporting comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
• Experience: 02 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role. Internships or academic projects will be considered.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

Preferred Attributes:

• Pursuing or completed certification (e.g. CFA Level I) is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and valuation techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
