Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Junior Financial Analyst in our Financial Transformation team you will play a key role in supporting our financial transformation initiatives. You will assist in analyzing financial data developing insights and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect analyze and interpret financial data to support decisionmaking and strategic initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing historical data and providing insights.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate various scenarios and business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather data provide financial insights and support crossfunctional projects.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of financial processes analyses and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  • Experience: 12 years of experience in financial analysis accounting or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
