Job Overview:
As a Junior Financial Analyst in our Financial Transformation team you will play a key role in supporting our financial transformation initiatives. You will assist in analyzing financial data developing insights and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect analyze and interpret financial data to support decisionmaking and strategic initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing historical data and providing insights.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate various scenarios and business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather data provide financial insights and support crossfunctional projects.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of financial processes analyses and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in financial analysis accounting or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
