We are on the lookout for an exceptional individual to fill the role of Operations Manager for a prominent leisure operator in the Health & Fitness sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant leisure management business that offers fantastic prospects particularly for those aspiring to become aGeneral Manager in the future.

As the Operations Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the facility including opening and closing procedures. You will directly manage the Duty Managers and their teams ensuring smooth operation and high standards throughout the centre.

In this role you will serve as the face of the business. Therefore we are seeking candidates with substantial operational experience in the leisure industry. You should have a successful track record of managing operations in a largescale centre and possess a natural talent for leading and inspiring a diverse staff team.

Your background should include management of poolside activities with a focus on ensuring all staff members are adequately trained and hold current NPLQ qualifications. Candidates must possess an NPLQ qualification or be willing and capable of obtaining it.
