Junior Financial yst - Financial Reporting

The Junior Financial Analyst Financial Reporting will assist in preparing analyzing and maintaining financial reports to support the companys financial health and decisionmaking processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends variances and areas for improvement. Support the development of financial models and forecasts.
• Documentation: Maintain and update financial records documentation and databases. Ensure all reports and documentation are complete and accurate.
• Compliance: Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits. Ensure all financial practices adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support: Provide support to senior analysts and finance managers in various financial tasks and special projects as needed.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: 12 years of experience in financial analysis or reporting is preferred. Recent graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar systems).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Certifications: CPA or CMA (or progress towards) is a plus but not required.
