Job Description

Position Overview:The Junior Financial Analyst Financial Reporting will assist in preparing analyzing and maintaining financial reports to support the companys financial health and decisionmaking processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends variances and areas for improvement. Support the development of financial models and forecasts.
- Documentation: Maintain and update financial records documentation and databases. Ensure all reports and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Compliance: Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits. Ensure all financial practices adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Support: Provide support to senior analysts and finance managers in various financial tasks and special projects as needed.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in financial analysis or reporting is preferred. Recent graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar systems).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Certifications: CPA or CMA (or progress towards) is a plus but not required.
