We are looking for a Compliance Engineer for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our clients. This position can be fulltime or parttime.The role is operational and you will be responsible for ensuring that the project complies with all relevant regulations and safety standards. You will work closely with the internal compliance officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments according to applicable regulations including the Machinery Directive and other standards.
- Indepth knowledge of EN ISO 138491:2023 and EN ISO 138492:2016.
- Identify and document Safety Related Parts of Control Systems (SRPCS) and safety functions using SISTEMA or equivalent tools.
- Manage electrical safety including incoming supply and CE marking of electrical cabinets according to IEC 602041.
- Handle EMC disturbances throughout the project phases.
- Experience with SAT and semiconductors is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the CE marking process during all project phases and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and directives.
- Collaborate with the internal compliance team to secure compliance at every stage of the project.
- Provide support and interaction with suppliers and customers to maintain compliance throughout the process.
Your Profile:
- Strong experience in risk assessments safety documentation and relevant safety standards.
- Experience with electrical safety regulations and the CE marking process.
- Knowledge of EMC disturbances and the ability to manage them in design and production phases.
- Experience with SISTEMA or equivalent tools for safety functions.
- Experience in SAT or semiconductors is advantageous.
