Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning team. In this role you will assist in the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts budgets and strategic plans to support the organizations financial health and decisionmaking processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and a keen interest in financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities: - Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial models forecasts and budgets. Analyze financial performance and identify trends variances and potential areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Support the development of financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements. Prepare adhoc reports as needed for management.
- Budgeting: Assist in the creation and management of departmental and organizational budgets. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
- Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial reports and analyses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather financial data understand operational impacts and support crossfunctional initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of financial planning processes and best practices. Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- Experience: 02 years of experience in financial analysis accounting or a related field. Internships or relevant coursework can be considered.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Familiarity with financial planning software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present financial information clearly to nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across various departments.
