Position: Inside Sales Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management
- Create the business environment for sustained growth on the account
- Develop and maintain the relationship within the account to maintain longterm visibility of strategy plans and competitor activity
- Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
- Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
- Track manage and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline
- Respond to incoming customer or partner calls.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in B2B sales environment
- Prior experience working in a channel environment
- Energetic and motivated selfstarter capable of achieving the targets set
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to emphasize and persuade
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
- Resourceful and stressresilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time
- Salesoriented mindset.
