Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Via Phone and email you are the first point of contact for our German speaking B2B customers in Germany Austria and Switzerland.
- You will take orders via various channels and process them in our ERP system
- Any concerns that may arise with our customersduring the ordering and delivery process (eg. order status delivery times stocks etc.)will be assisted by you.
- You will focus on our already registered dealers but you will also support our sales team in the acquisition of new prospectivecustomers
You bring along:
- You have already gained professional experience in the areas of customer service customer support internal sales or similar.
- Ideallyyou share our passion for motorcycles ATV/UTV bicycles and co. as well as the associated products and accessories
- You are openminded communicative and have a strong service and customer orientation
- In addition to a native level ofGerman you have a good command of written and spoken English.
- Your profile is rounded off by a routine handling of the common MS Office programs and experience in the use of an ERP system.
