These roles are parttime and hourly and can be done remotely working with students based around the world.

WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Working closely with a variety of students based across the world including the US Asia Australia and Europe.
• Conducting formal modulesessions with students on a frequent ongoing basis
• Using curriculum knowledge to deliver highquality academic and professional skills to Delta Careers students in a particular domain.
• Conducting weekly office hours to assist students with seminar content address case study inquiries and offer valuable career advice.
  
• Collaborating with the Delta Careers Team by sharing program outlines comprehensive lesson plans and session content prior to the programs commencement.
• Ensuring timely sharing of session recordings materials and notes within 24 hours for students reference and review.
• Guiding and supporting student teams in ideation problemsolving and the submission of the Final Case Study culminating in the Final Pitch Night.
• Maintaining reasonable levels of communication with students outside of formal sessions.
• Developing and assessing student evaluations.

• Proven ability to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
• A passion for nurturing talent and empowering students to succeed.
• Availability of 10 hours / week for the duration of the work experience program.
