Security Admin in Boulder CO
What are the main functions of this role:
- Approve all incoming visitors.
- Manage visitor control systems.
- Print/issue company badges and onboarding requirements processes.
- Perform access control functions for employees and visitors.
- Control access to spaces ensuring authorized personnel visitors and vendors only.
- Manage training records.
- Monitor live/recorded security camera system.
- Assist with implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skill Sets:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Basic computer skills
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic
- Required to stay current with all training and certifications
- Strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen and must be eligible to possess and maintain an active Secret security clearance.
