Job Description
NOTE:
Candidate must be local to Minnesota.
Title: Bookkeeper/accountant
Location: 100% Remote (apple valley MN)
Duration: Fulltime/Permanent Position
Summary:
- Need accountants and bookkeeper essentially.
- One of the big pluses will be QuickBooks online and desktop experience.
- Associate degree or 4 years accountant degree with 2 years of experience (if no degree than 57 years of work experience).
- Ability to generate financial reports balance sheets income statements cash flow statements on a regular basis.
- Ability to upkeep clients accounting books and needs.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements journal entries daily weekly monthly and year end close procedures.
- Must have experience working with deadlines and closing the books.
- Understanding of accounting regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in quick books accounting software. Knowledge of tax would be a plus but not a requirement.
