The renewals is responsible for driving industry leading renewal rates across the region. We work in 6 languages and engage with end users and reseller partners alike. On our team you will execute strategies to increase customer loyalty improve renewal retention rates and drive innovative ways to cross sell and upsell our products. This position reports into a Renewals Sales Manager.
