Job description
One of our affiliate client is looking for a technical writer to join their client team and create clear and concise documentation for the products. You will be responsible for producing highquality user guides manuals tutorials FAQs release notes and other technical content that helps the customers and users understand and use our products and services effectively.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers developers sales marketing and other stakeholders to understand the features functionality and requirements of our products and offerings.
Research write edit and format technical documentation that is accurate comprehensive and easy to understand.
Use various tools and platforms to create and publish documentation in different formats and media such as HTML PDF Wiki Excel and Online help etc.
Follow the documentation standards and best practices for style tone structure and format.
Review and update existing documentation to ensure it is up to date consistent and aligned with the product and service changes.
Gather and incorporate feedback from customers users and internal teams to improve the quality and usability of the documentation.
Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in technical writing communication or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in technical writing or documentation.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Familiar with various documentation tools and platforms such as Microsoft Word Adobe Acrobat MadCap Flare etc.
Experience with various documentation types and formats such as user guides manuals tutorials FAQs release notes etc.
Knowledge of technical writing principles and best practices such as grammar style tone structure format etc.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple and clear language.
Attention to detail accuracy and quality.
Excellent communication collaboration and time management skills.
