Job Description
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Network Engineering or a related field.
5 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on cloud environments (AWS Azure VMware Cloud on AWS).
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms including networking services such as VPC Subnets Route Tables Security Groups and Network Security Groups.
Proficiency with VMware Cloud on AWS including network configuration and management.
Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds Datadog CloudWatch).
Expertise in creating and maintaining network diagrams using tools such as Visio Lucid chart or similar.
Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash PowerShell).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our cloud network infrastructure.
- This role requires expertise in AWS and Azure cloud environments as well as VMware Cloud on AWS.
- The ideal candidate will have strong skills in network diagrams network monitoring documentation and automation.
