Project:
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support service to Spanish speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will handle a variety of tasks including answering questions resolving issues and providing support.
What you will be doing:
- Management of incoming calls and email
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese language (must be C1)
- Communicative level of English language (B2)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer:
- Base salary: 1045 gross per 14 months
- Performance Bonus of: up to 10% per month
- Full time (40h/week) fixedterm Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
- Working hours: Monday to Friday
