Job Description

Overview:

As a Fresher Client Servicing Associate you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. Your ability to effectively communicate with clients understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction will directly impact the success and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client accounts and relationships
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely accurate information
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Contribute to the creation of client proposals and reports
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell services to clients
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics
  • Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional manner

  • Support the development of client retention strategies
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and providing orientation on services

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communication or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
