Prospecting and Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls and email campaigns to potential clients fromprovided databases or generated leads introducing them to our ERP software and identifying their business needs. Product Presentation: Clearly and effectively present the features benefits and value of our ERP software to potential customers emphasizing how it can improve their business operations and efficiency.Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients addressing their queries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Consulting: Use a consultative approach to understand the unique requirements of each prospect and align the appropriate ERP solution to meet their specific needs. Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the sales process from lead qualification to deal closure ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers. Followup and Nurturing: Conduct followup calls and emails to nurture leads answer questions and guide potential customers through the sales process. Database and CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions and customer information inthe CRM system utilizing CRM software to track and manage sales activities. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies implement sales strategies and achieve sales objectives. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance including progress towards targets challengesand opportunities. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales preferably within the ERP sector. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to engage prospects and articulate the benefitsof our ERP software clearly. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software or similar business software is highly beneficial. Basic understanding of IT products and services is advantageous.
