SALARY: Upto 2.5 LPA
TIMINGS: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
QUALIFICATION: Graduate
EXPERIENCE: Min. 6month Exp. in front office / reception role
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle front desk /reception seamlessly.
Handling International visitors/Calls
Handling incoming and outgoing calls including distribution.
Maintaining and updating records and database
Maintaining telephone registers call tracking and client contacts
General admin activities and other help desk tasks
Managing conference / meeting rooms coordination for various events Tea & Snack arrangements Flower arrangements coordination and others.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Experience in front desk management / handling reception.
Excellent Communication Written & Verbal
Proficiency in MS Office.
