Job Description
Urgent recruitment candidates for Health Survey jobs.
Salary: 9000/ to 11000/ Per Months Incentives.
Duty Hours: 8 Hours. (Sunday Holiday).
Job Posting ( Candidate job posting will be at their own Block or Own Panchayet area).
Job locations: Bankura Purulia Purbo Medinapur Paschim Medinapur Asansole Dhanbadh Ondal Raniganj Durgapur Panagarh Bardhawan Birbhum Nadia Uttar 24 Pargana Dakhin 24 Pargona MurshidabadhMalda.
Job Descriptions:
Conduct doorto door or sitebased surveys to gather data on health card ownership and usage or issuing new health card to the concern person.
Explain the purpose of survey to respondents and address any questions or concerns.
Accurately record responses on paper or digital forms.
Report daily progress to Survey Supervisor and highlight any challenges encountered.
Adhere to survey protocols and guidelines provided by Organizations.
Coordinate daily survey activities including assigning area of coverage and managing schedules.
Compile and submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
Ensure that all collected data is securely stored and transmitted according to the organizations policies.
Perform random checks to verify the quality of data collected by enumerators.
