Position: IT Support Specialist (French)

What You ll Do
- Client Support: Manage incoming user queries through calls chat and email handling IT issues with care and efficiency.
- Remote Troubleshooting: Use remote tools to resolve desktop application and hardware issues on users machines.
- Mobile Device Support: Troubleshoot iOS and Android device issues with accuracy.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and isolate the source of IT problems be it hardware software or accessrelated.
- Ownership of Issues: Take responsibility for issues from the start through to successful resolution.
- Escalation Management: Involve experts for quick resolutions when necessary and manage escalations effectively.
- Documentation: Record solutions to build a knowledge base for future use.
- Incident Handling: Manage incidents from start to finish ensuring minimal business impact.
- KPI Adherence: Follow KPI guidelines to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service in every interaction.
- Adhoc Support: Take on additional tasks to contribute to client satisfaction and improve KPIs.
What We re Looking For
- Language Skills: Professionally fluent in French with excellent communication in both oral and written form. Fluent English (B2 or higher).
- Technical Knowledge: Experience in L1L2 support (Onsite or Remote). Familiarity with troubleshooting tools for desktop mobile devices and applications.
- Prior Experience: Previous background in Application Support Software Development or IT Service Desk.
- Tech Savvy: Understanding of SDLC database technologies and operating system components is beneficial.
- ITSM Tools: Experience with tools like HPSM BMC Remedy CA Service Desk and Monitoring Tools.
- ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Multitasker: Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously maintaining efficiency.
- Team Player: Work well both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
