Job Title: Visual Designer/Product Designer .

Winvesta is a rapidly growing fintech company on a mission to make crossborder payments and investment hasslefree and affordable for Indians. Were seeking a motivated enthusiastic and creative Visual Designer/Product Designer to join our dynamic marketing team!.
In this role candidates should be creating visually appealing designs for digital products collaborating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring design consistency across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a degree in design or a related field proficiency in design tools knowledge of user experience principles strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to create visually appealing designs that meet user needs and business goals
- Create wireframes mockups and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices
- Stay uptodate on design trends and best practices
- Help to define and maintain our design system
Requirements:
- Experience in visual design product design or a related field
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch and Figma
- Knowledge of user experience design principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
