Automation RPA Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements
• Design develop and deploy RPA solutions using automation tools
• Identify automation opportunities and develop RPA solutions to improve business operations
• Implement best practices and standards for RPA development and deployment
• Conduct testing debugging and troubleshooting of RPA solutions
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions
• Document RPA processes workflows and specifications
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems
• Ensure compliance and security standards are met in RPA development
• Participate in continuous improvement and optimization of RPA solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience in RPA development and implementation
• Strong proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
• Proficient in programming languages such as C# Python or Java
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to understand and analyze business processes for automation
• Good understanding of process optimization and workflow improvements
• Experience in working with databases and system integrations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
