Overview:
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) plays a strategic role in the organization leading the development and of human resources strategies that support the overall business objectives. This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human capital management including talent acquisition employee development performance management and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations goals
- Lead and manage HR functions including recruitment onboarding and retention
- Provide guidance and expertise in areas such as talent management compensation and benefits
- Oversee employee development and succession planning programs
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support organizational development and change management efforts
- Lead diversity equity and inclusion initiatives
- Manage HR budget and resources effectively
- Provide leadership in resolving complex employee relations issues
- Contribute to the development of a highperformance culture
- Lead and guide the HR team to achieve departmental objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on HR matters
- Stay abreast of HR best practices and industry trends
- Represent the organization in HR matters with external parties
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Proven experience as a CHRO or in a senior HR leadership role
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulations
- Experience in organizational development and change management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of leading and developing highperforming teams
- Ability to travel as required
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Exceptional decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
- Experience working in a remote or distributed work environment
- Proficient in HR technology and datadriven decisionmaking
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g. SHRMSCP SPHR) a plus
