Overview:
The Adobe Campaign role is crucial to our marketing team as it enables the planning and optimization of personalized multichannel marketing campaigns. This role plays a pivotal part in driving customer engagement and delivering impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing marketing automation campaigns using Adobe Campaign
- Managing customer segmentation and targeting for personalized marketing communications
- Developing and maintaining a marketing campaign calendar
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives
- Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing strategies for improved results
- Utilizing Adobe Campaign to create personalized customer journeys and experiences
- Ensuring data integrity and cleanliness within the Adobe Campaign platform
- Implementing A/B testing and analyzing campaign results to drive continuous improvement
- Training and educating team members on Adobe Campaign best practices
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Adobe Campaign related issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
- 35 years of experience working with Adobe Campaign or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and database management
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience in HTML for email template design and customization
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
