Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create captivating visual designs for various platforms and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver engaging solutions.
• Utilize tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to produce highquality graphics.
• Manage multiple design projects with strict deadlines.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather input and feedback on designs.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for review and feedback.
• Contribute to the overall creative process and offer insights for improvement.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external vendors or agencies for specialized design needs.
• Ensure that all design projects meet the required technical specifications.
• Manage and organize a library of design assets and resources.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliver designs within the established timeframes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in graphic design and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout principles.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative strategies.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Knowledge of digital design best practices and web optimization.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual coherence.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
• Adaptability and openness to feedback and constructive criticism.
• Experience in print design and production processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is an advantage.
• Understanding of branding and marketing principles is beneficial.
