Key Responsibilities

• Performing pedicures and foot treatments
• Addressing foot and nail issues such as ingrown toenails or fungal infections
• Advising clients on foot care techniques and suitable footwear
• Sanitizing tools and equipment to maintain hygiene standards
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
• Identifying any foot health concerns that may require referral to a medical professional
• Managing appointment schedules and maintaining accurate client records
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory of pedicure supplies and equipment
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless salon experience
• Complying with safety and sanitation regulations

Required Qualifications

• Completion of a pedicure and foot care program or relevant certification
• Demonstrated experience as a Pedicurist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of foot anatomy common foot ailments and treatment methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Uptodate understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Professional demeanor and a passion for customer satisfaction
• Understanding of various pedicure techniques and products
• Ability to adapt to client needs and preferences
• Familiarity with beauty and wellness trends
• Solid understanding of contraindications and precautions for foot care
• Ability to handle client concerns and inquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Commitment to ongoing learning and skills development
