Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers on board
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Assist passengers during boarding and disembarkation
- Conduct preflight checks and safety demonstrations
- Manage inflight catering and amenities
- Respond to medical emergencies and incidents
- Collaborate with the flight crew and ground staff
- Adhere to aviation regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean and orderly cabin environment
- Handle passenger inquiries and complaints
- Contribute to the overall ontime performance of flights
- Participate in regular training and development programs
- Contribute to the promotion of airline products and services
- Conduct security checks and screenings as required
- Participate in emergency evacuation procedures
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Cabin Crew certification
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to swim and pass a water survival assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry weight
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and in emergency situations
- Understanding of aviation safety and emergency procedures
- Flexibility to work irregular hours weekends and public holidays
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness
- Clear criminal record and the ability to pass security background checks
- Medical fitness and the ability to obtain necessary medical clearances
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred
