Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through job boards social media professional networks and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to determine candidates suitability for specific roles.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture longlasting client relationships understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Job Matching: Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities based on their qualifications and career objectives.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Oversee the salary negotiation process ensuring a smooth offer and acceptance.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends salary data and market conditions to provide relevant insights to clients and candidates.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with Singapore s employment laws and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- CEI Certification (Mandatory): Applicants must possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) as required by the Ministry of Manpower in Singapore.
- Proven Recruitment Experience: At least 25 years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients and candidates.
- SelfDriven and GoalOriented: A highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a commissiononly environment.
- ProblemSolving Skills: A proactive and creative approach to overcoming recruitment challenges and sourcing the right talent.
