Seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant for a 3 month engagement with the possibility of extension.
Job Details
The Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant will support the business to identify integration and configuration issues recommending ways in which we can deploy the Talent Management Acquisition and Career Oracle HCM modules and what actions need to be taken in consultation with internal teams and partners that support the deployment.
Responsibilities:
Analytical and Optimization Skills
- Prepare and provide a current State and Future State Gap Analysis
- Conduct and implement Gap Analysis
- Module Functionality and Optimization of Modules
- Reporting Modules Optimization
Change Management and Testing
- Create a detail Change Management Plan
- Create a document a stakeholder / business Impact Analysis
- Test Plan and Parallel Run Approach
Mandatory Skills
- Core Competencies and Module Expertise Talent Management & Talent Acquisition & Career Development
