1. Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with DasVita s business objectives and growth plans.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control.
3. Fundraising: Work closely with the CEO and investors to drive fundraising efforts including pitch preparation and investor relations.
4. Financial Reporting: Oversee preparation of financial reports statements and analyses for internal and external stakeholders including investors.
5. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity including accounts payable accounts receivable and working capital optimization.
6. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies including compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
7. Capital Structure & Investment: Optimize capital structure and manage relationships with banks investors and other financial institutions.
8. Team Building: Assist in scaling the finance team as the company grows and ensure implementation of financial systems and controls.

1. Experience: 10 years of experience in finance with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role preferably in startups or highgrowth companies.
2. Fundraising Expertise: Proven track record of leading successful fundraising efforts including venture capital and private equity.
3. Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial modeling forecasting capital markets and strategic financial planning.
4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights to the leadership team.
5. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Willingness to work in a fastpaced startup environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
6. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly convey financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
