Overview:
The Human Resource Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department by assisting with various tasks including recruitment training employee relations and administrative duties. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience and develop a strong foundation in HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting new employee orientations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations initiatives including organizing employee events and activities.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Assist with the maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
- Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team by handling correspondence scheduling meetings and maintaining HR documents.
- Contribute to the creation of HR reports and presentations.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee welfare programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong passion for a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Previous internship or office experience is a plus.
