Prompt Engineer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide timely customer feedback
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Follow up with clients to ensure their technical issues are fully resolved
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Contribute to improving customer support by actively providing feedback and recommendations
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of computer systems mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
• Ability to provide stepbystep technical help both written and verbal
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Project management skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Professional certification (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) is a plus
