Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect process and analyze data to help drive informed decisionmaking across the organization. You will work closely with various teams to identify trends optimize processes and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect clean and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for various projects.

Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends patterns and correlations.

Translate complex data into clear and concise reports for management and other teams.

Support the automation of data collection and reporting processes.

Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Assist in predictive and prescriptive analytics to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL and Python/R.

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.

Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.

Ability to interpret large amounts of data and convey insights in a simple digestible format.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Detailoriented with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of statistical techniques and data modeling.
