About Us:
We are a CO removal (Carbon Dioxide Removal) company based in India dedicated to turning climate challenges into opportunities for action. Our mission is to transform Darjeeling s struggling tea industry vulnerable to the impacts of climate change into a beacon of sustainability. By harnessing the power of natural processes specifically through accelerated rock weathering we remove CO from the atmosphere and pave the way for a greener more resilient future. We are a for profit organization and are backed by some of Indias most renowned founders and investors. Our efforts have already led to removal of 1003 kgs of CO from the atmosphere and we aim to remove 5 million tons of CO by 2030. We aim to scale up enhanced rock weathering (ERW) within South Asia while mobilizing climate finance and creating cobenefits for atrisk communities and ecosystems. About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Design Associate with 12 years of experience in graphic design or a related field. In this role you will play a key part in developing visually compelling pitch decks presentations and social media creatives that resonate with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in design software and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear visually appealing content. You will work closely with the founders office team to ensure all visual materials align with our brand.
What You ll Be Doing:
- Craft visually impactful pitch decks and presentations to support business development fundraising and communication efforts
- Develop creative onbrand social media visuals to strengthen our online presence
- Work closely with leadership to maintain consistency and professionalism across all visual materials
- Simplify complex concepts into clear concise and visually engaging stories
- Continuously refine and uphold the brand s visual identity across various platforms
- Keep up with current design trends and suggest innovative approaches to improve visual content
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks in a fastmoving environment
Who You Are:
- Bachelor s degree with 12 years of experience in graphic design or a similar field
- Skilled in using design tools like Figma Adobe Creative Suite PowerPoint Canva and others
- Expertise in crafting visually appealing pitch decks and presentations
- Strong attention to detail with a sharp sense of design and aesthetics
- Capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear and engaging visual formats
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a team environment and receptive to feedback
- Previous experience in a startup environment is an advantage
