Dreamcast is on the hunt for a talented Senior Front End Developer with a passion for React to join our forwardthinking EventTech Suite team. As a key player in our team youll collaborate closely with product managers designers and backend developers to create seamless scalable and usercentric applications. Your expertise will not only drive the frontend development but also play a pivotal role in influencing product features and direction.

Responsibilities
You will spearhead the development of highquality scalable user interfaces for our SaaS products using React ensuring they are responsive and adhere to modern web standards.
We expect you to collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform designs into dynamic and interactive web components enhancing the overall user experience.
You shall lead the integration of frontend elements with serverside functionalities and APIs working alongside backend developers to ensure seamless data exchange and application performance.
You will actively participate in code reviews advocating for best practices in frontend development to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.
We expect you to stay abreast of emerging technologies and frameworks related to frontend development incorporating new insights to continuously innovate and improve our eventtech solutions.
You shall take the initiative to troubleshoot and debug issues that arise in the frontend domain providing effective solutions in a timely manner to uphold service quality.
You will contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation related to project architecture design decisions and coding guidelines to support knowledge sharing among the team.
We expect you to mentor junior frontend developers nurturing their professional growth and ensuring they adopt best practices in their work.
Requirements
You must have proficiency in React.js and be familiar with current standards including hooks context and the component lifecycle.
You should possess strong knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript ES6 to create engaging user interfaces that are responsive and accessible.
We expect you to have experience with popular React workflows such as Flux or Redux ensuring state management is efficiently handled across our applications.
Your ability to integrate RESTful APIs into our frontend architecture will be crucial for seamless data retrieval and manipulation within our SaaS products.
You need to demonstrate a solid understanding of version control tools like Git which supports our collaborative environment and continuous integration pipelines.
Having a keen eye for design fidelity and experience with design tools (e.g. Figma Sketch) is important as it aids in translating design concepts into functional software accurately.
We require your skills in optimizing application performance for maximum speed and scalability ensuring our users enjoy smooth interactions during events of any size.
Collaboration with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features while providing insightful feedback during code reviews is essential.
