The Opportunity:
We are looking for driven selfmotivated individuals who are committed to personal and professional growth. As a Personal Growth Coach you will work remotely with full flexibility benefiting from our robust online platform. This position allows you to operate from anywhere within Europe providing access to consistent leadership support weekly training and an infrastructure designed to promote success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically identify and utilise online marketing and sales platforms to place ads and attract leads.
- Conduct brief interviews with potential clients and provide relevant information.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Forge new business relationships contributing to our ongoing global expansion.
- Embrace continuous learning opportunities to advance both personal and professional growth.
- Manage business responsibilities independently with the support of ongoing training and guidance.
- Uphold high ethical standards in all professional interactions within our global community.
Ideal Candidate:
- Selfdriven and motivated to succeed with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Resultsfocused able to work independently while meeting set goals.
- Open to learning with comprehensive training and support available.
- Fluent in English at a professional level and ideally fluent in one or more European languages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with at least two years of professional experience.
- Committed to personal development and leadership growth.

Currently we are unable to operate in certain regions including Africa India Indonesia the UAE and China. We primarily operate in Australia New Zealand North America the UK and select European countries.
