Job Description
Job title: Business analyst
Location: Frankfurt Germany
Working mode: Remote with occasional travel
Duration: Contract or Permanent
Language: German B2 level certified
Services Required:
Assessment of current technological infrastructure
Establishment of a second vendor strategy and selection of a second manufacturer
Redesigning existing business models and processes to achieve LEAN optimization
Development of a governance approach for shared responsibility
Establishment of KPIs across different project levels
Collaboration with business units to identify and implement business requirements
Analysis of business processes to uncover weaknesses and improvement opportunities
Validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements

Technical Requirements:
Experience:
o 5 years of proven practical experience in requirements engineering
o 3 years of experience analyzing complex issues and presenting options to stakeholders
o Experience in business process analysis optimization and automation
Skills:
o Certification as CPRE Foundation
o Certification as Six Sigma Yellow Belt (preferred)
o Strong communication and moderation skills
o Proven knowledge in developing requirements management processes
o Problemsolving skills in establishing agile working methods
o Written and spoken English proficiency
