Job Description

Position Purpose

Responsible to perform the activities allotted within the defined timelines coordinate with the Branch / Business partners & internal departments effective handling of the queries to ensure smooth functioning of the activities.

Direct Responsibilities

  • MIS maintenance for daily updating to the HODs
  • Preparing & Maintaining Various Reports & MIS.
  • Shortage follow up Mail sent to respective branches & BPs for payout shortages (value 5 lacs & above) & getting confirmation mail.
  • EMF funding summary sent to Cluster Heads & Branches
  • Obtain excel file maintained to track Branchops personal timely and regular followup with Branches/AOMROMs.
  • Consolidated excel file prepared containing details of all Branches /Business partners (Email master) & sent to various departments.
  • Follow up mail sent to ISTF team for Seclore id creation for new Business Partners.
  • Handling Branch/BP queries on mails like Seclore registrations welcome kit returned DCN charges account opening objections contract note charges unique mobile queries Account opening KYC etc...
  • To complete & share MIS Reports with superiors as per the decided timelines.
  • Handling queries received from the Regulator within the defined timelines.
  • Guiding team members for achieving the defined timelines.
