We deliver multidiscipline engineering consulting design procurement fabrication construction precommissioning and commissioning services project management and construction management services to Clients in various industrial and nonindustrial sectors with an emphasis on the Oil and Gas industry.
Responsibilities:
Function as main pointofcontact for Project Owner and as PMCs onsite representative
Lead and guide the PMC team
Manage all the project interfaces by periodical reviews and communications
Evaluate any changes for cost and time impact on the project
Review and analyze the data collected by his team to identify negative Quality Cost and Schedule trends and risks for further mitigation
Endorse the progress and final payment verification reports
Report to PMC Head Office for PMC contract delivery (preparing all supporting documents for invoicing PMC services to Project Owner)
For all supervised staff (as per org charts) : Set targets objectives and clear responsibilities; and progressively monitor individual performance against the agreed criteria. Conduct formal appraisals at least annually and carry out other performance reviews as required
Skills Required:
Leadership proven experience of managing 10 people project delivery teams
Project Planning and Reporting Procedures and Software
Fluent in English and national languages
Over 15 years of relevant experience
