Job Description:

Implementation experience of SAP Service Cloud (C4C) for a Utility Client Drive the key activities of SAP Service cloud implementations; integrating to backend S/4HANA utilities solution Create functional specifications and work with technical consultants on application customization Work with integration SMEs S/4HANA ABAP team on connection between SAP Sales & Service Cloud and backend S/4HANA ISU environment.

Communication arrangement and services setup SOAP services configuration and end points changes in S/4HANA and C4C Integrations for Utilities solution Indepth knowledge of business processes in Service Cloud Utilities Call Centre solution. Handson experience in service Cloud module implementation

Well versed with Integration troubleshooting in C4C via Web Service Message Monitoring Handson experience with SAP Utilities Customer Service processes Exposure to Integration set up with various SAP and nonSAP systems Debug the issues due to S/4HANA upgrade and Integration to C4C service cloud impacts Drive Workshops with Business and IT team MIMO process Address management Utilities exception management BMD and TMD Customer Inquiries Interactions and Requests Ticket Management Experience in Key user tools and screen adaptations Drive the key activities of SAP Service cloud implementations integrating to backend S/4HANA ISU solution Familiar with the integration between the utility (Elec and Gas) industrys C4C Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA ISU using CPI

Familiar with BP Replication using Master Data System (MDG) between S/4 HANA and C4

Good to have

B.S. Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent Experience 48 years of Overall IT experience with 4 5 years of experience with SAP Sales / Service cloud in a Functional role. Exposure to Technical troubleshooting will be an added advantage Aptitude to lead the team. Strong debugging and problemsolving skills in SAP Sales and Service cloud Cloud Platform Integration ECC and S4 and familiarity with ABAP Development of Proxy s RFC modules and Idoc related development Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration tool is a plus Well versed with Agile Methodology can do Sprint planning create end to end Test cases & review documents
