Job Description

Be a Vice Principal at a wonderful IB school in Qatar.

School Info:

This lovely school opened in August 2019 as an IB Candidacy school embracing the Canadian Curriculum of Ontario. In August 2020 it expanded their grades from PreKG to upper Elementary. The teaching staff comes primarily from native Englishspeaking regions. They have established a welcoming and caring environment that focuses on moving every child to his or her potential.

Schools Vision:

Preparing learners and leaders with international intellectual orientations within a distinct educational community.

Schools Mission:

Maintain students identity and enable them to become educated and independent in their abilities and work within their local communities as well as globally.

Requirements

Be a fully qualified and experienced teacher with a Bachelors in Education and experience/degree in School administration

At least 5 years teaching plus admin experience

IB experience is a plus

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

Monthly taxfree salary QR 12000 to 15000 depending on years of experience (US $39452 to $49315 annually)

Individual furnished accommodation

Monthly utilities allowance QR200 if not covered under accommodation lease agreement

Airfare covered from your home country to Doha upon employment

Annual summer vacation with economy airfare to your home country

Public Medical Health Insurance

Transportation with the school bus

Authentication and residency permit fees

Endofservice gratuity (as per Qatar s Labor Law)

Professional Development

Be a fully qualified and experienced teacher with a Bachelor's in Education, majoring in Science (preferably Masters degree), and completed on campus (no long-distance education degrees) At least 5 years experience IB experience is a plus At least 5 years experience IB experience is a plus
