Job Description
- Understand and comply with quality, safety, and company policies of Weatherford.
- Perform duties according to the documented Quality Policy, Quality Management System, Standard Operating Procedures, Workplace Instructions, and HSSE policies.
- Collaborate closely with customers' drilling engineers, asset managers, and reservoir engineers to identify potential Liner business opportunities, schedule, and coordinate revenue-generating operations through sound management.
- Develop new opportunities and manage existing operations to ensure growth and profitability of the product line.
- Monitor revenue generation, compare actual revenue to budgeted figures, and advise on deviations.
- Participate in developing operational objectives, cohesive operational plans, and support the product tactical plan to meet operational and technical objectives.
- Assist in sourcing major product requirements.
- Maintain regular contact with customers through Country Product Line Operation Managers to support their requirements.
- Work with Asset Management teams to assess locally held assets and inventory, supporting efforts to reduce slow and non-moving inventory in the region.
- Collaborate with Country Product Line Operation Managers to increase utilization of locally held assets.
- Participate in developing the product line's tactical plans in the Country Operation market and implement key aspects of the plan.
